The short version

SharkfinPoker Trainer does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, no tracking, no analytics SDKs, and no advertising.

Data stored on your device

Training history (drill results, accuracy statistics, mistake list) is stored only on your device using Apple's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot access it.
App preferences (language choice, skill level) are stored locally on your device.
Deleting the app permanently deletes all of this data.

Purchases

Subscriptions (Sharkfin Pro) are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your name, payment details, or billing address. Purchase entitlement is verified on-device via Apple's StoreKit framework. For Apple's handling of your data, see Apple's Privacy Policy.

Network access

The app functions fully offline. The only network communication is between your device and Apple (App Store / StoreKit) for subscription management.

Children

The app is rated 17+ due to simulated gambling themes and is not directed at children.

Changes

If our practices ever change (for example, if a future version adds optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before the change takes effect.
