1. What this app is — and is not

SharkfinPoker Trainer ("the App") is an educational and training tool for studying preflop poker strategy. The App simulates poker decisions for learning purposes only.

No real-money gambling. The App offers no wagering, no real or virtual currency bets, no prizes, no cash-out, and no way to win anything of monetary value. Nothing in the App constitutes gambling or an inducement to gamble.

2. Eligibility

The App is rated 17+ (simulated gambling themes). By using it you confirm you meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

3. Sharkfin Pro subscription

Plans: Monthly at US$6.99/month, or Yearly at US$39.99/year. The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial ends, if not cancelled).
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancelling: Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Restore: Use "Restore Purchases" in the App to recover an active subscription on a new device.

4. Strategy content disclaimer

Charts, equities and verdicts in the App are approximations produced by mathematical models (Monte-Carlo simulation and equilibrium solving under documented assumptions). They are provided for study purposes, without warranty of fitness for any particular game, stake or situation. Your decisions at any real table are entirely your own responsibility.

5. License & acceptable use

Your use of the App is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or resell the App or its data.

6. Changes & termination

We may update the App and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. 使用资格

3. Sharkfin Pro 订阅

4. 策略内容免责声明

应用内的范围图、胜率与判定均为数学模型（蒙特卡洛模拟与文档化假设下的均衡求解）产出的近似结果，仅供学习参考，不对适用于任何特定牌局、级别或场景作任何保证。您在任何真实牌桌上的决策由您自行负责。

5. 许可与使用限制

本应用按 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）授权使用而非出售。禁止复制、再分发、逆向工程或转售本应用及其数据。

6. 变更与终止

我们可能更新本应用与本须知；重大变更将在本页更新并标注新的生效日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
